Program & Booking Policy

1. Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed upon payment.
For programs with limited spots, spaces are reserved on a first-come basis.
2. Scheduling
Program dates and times are communicated at the time of registration.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
3. Rescheduling

Group programs: sessions are not rescheduled

Individual sessions (if offered): may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
Missed sessions are not refunded or replaced unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and structured programs:

Digital tools (Readiness Check, Agreement, downloads): non-refundable

Workshops: refundable up to 48 hours before start

Coaching programs:

refundable within 7 days of purchase if the program has not started

non-refundable once the program begins

The Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from lack of engagement.
6. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for:

reliable internet access

accessing materials and sessions on time
