College Launch Program™ 1:1 Coaching is a premium, private college transition support experience for students who need individualized strategy, customized systems, and high-touch guidance before move-in. This is the highest-support option for students who need a more personalized approach before college begins. Private Coaching is designed for students whose patterns are more complex—whether that means stronger anxiety, more shutdown, lower readiness, greater resistance, family stress, or a transition plan that needs to be built around specific challenges. In this format, the work is tailored directly to the student’s needs, strengths, pressure points, and college situation. That allows for more customization, more flexibility, and more targeted support than the small group or intensive format.
